How can I clear up the uneven skin on my chin, there's kinda little pimples but not really and its bumpy. And its always reddish. I've been using Murad (Like Proactive) for almost a year and this area won't clear up! Does anyone have some suggestions? Please?!

go to a spa that carries pevonia skincare and have a facial. they are well trained to assess your issues. make sure when you call that you ask for electric treatment. don't be scared, it doesn't hurt, it just kills bacteria under the skin. also look to your diet and exposure. shellfish is great for clear healthy skin. it has a high zinc content. zinc supplements are too high. drink ton's of water: not vitamin water or flavored waters just plain maybe put lemon or grapefriut in it. very moderate tanning helps as well. UV rays can clear up skin in a couple of treatments.

I've tried Pro Activ-like products and found that they don't work as well as the real thing. You may want to try proactiv, and if it doesn't work, you can return it. Drinking lots of water is another thing you can do. Do you use a phone at work? A friend of mine, who worked in the mall, used something to clean the receiver part of the phone regularly before she used it, and the breakouts on her chin cleared up. It's pretty gross to think how much grease and dirt there can be on a phone, and you usually wind up holding it to your chin.

I also use murad and I have the same problem, I just can't seem to get rid of them. Sometimes if I use the clinque on the spot gel that comes in the blue tube, most of them will clear up but I will still have one or two left. good luck! if you find a way to get rid of them please let me know

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS MAY SOUND SILLY BUT, AS SOON AS I STARTED DRINKING 8 CUPS OF WATER A DAY, MY CHIN CLEARED UP.
IN YOUR CASE MAYBE IT IS SOMETHING U ARE EATING OR THE FACE WASH. I LIKE TO USE OXYGEN BY J&j.

use oil free products to start and clean your face with limon and sugar or honey the apply some face lotion for your face oil free sometimes we use a product for acne etc and at the end we use a face lotion but is with oil so it wil be like we never used the Pro act or murad....And a oatmeal mask twice a week to start after amoth only once a week oatmeal with honey let it dry and then scrub it with limon and sugar...Good luck!!!!

Is it itchy too? If so use tinactin or lotrimin for a week or 10 days and it will go away.
