it kept rolling and rolling , until they designed a body and put it on top of the wheel ,
and look now it hasnt stopped rolling , everybody has vehicles and people are just travelling .

It depends. Was it the right wheel? If yes, then, body parts were form to utilize these wheels and make people comfortable by using it.

People started rolling things, and eventualy people, around. I believe the wheelbarrow was one of the early uses of the wheel. Charriots and wagons didn't take too long to follow, I don't think.
