Uh, Einstein, he never said we were losing the war. He said we're not winning, but not losing either. The increased internecene violence has ground progress to a halt. But it is far from being lost - that will only happen if the fools without any courage start making foreign policy.

Geez-o-pete! What's wrong with you people? Are simple facts, like what the Prez said yesterday, beyond you?

President Bush is not wanting to bring a draft in. The Democrats after the elections were over with brought up the idea of bringing in the draft. Which is weird since they want to just leave Iraq, but yet they want to bring a draft into play. All the Democrats are focused on is impeaching the President. That is going to go over well during war time against enemies who do not care what political party we are with and will take any chance, and opening they get to attack us and bring our country down. But instead they focus on our country's leader. I am going ot hate to see what these two years will bring forth now.

The same as he is doing now! Refusing to let them out and using the National Guard in Iraq who are not trained front line combat troops!

Hey, he could start the draft and send a few rich boys over there!!

Apparently, the President's plan is to say "nucular" over and over again until someone finally shoots him in the face.
Perhaps Dick Cheney will volunteer that service.

P.S. Turboweegie...Since when have "simple facts" been the president's strong point?

Your information is wrong. All the services have met or exceeded their recruitment goals. I think you're looking for a draft. I just don't see it unless Charlie Rangel (d) gets his way.

history will repeat itself there will be a draft. The president will ask the Democratic congress to adopt a draft bill and they will accept it with hopes of ending the mess he created ASAP
