There are facial masks that you can buy which draw the blackheads out and clean the pores, but I'm not sure what they contain. Pick up the yellow pages and call a few beauty supply shops, skin salons, and health food stores, and ask what they have that will work, and the price.
More important is how to prevent the blackheads. Do you wash your face at least twice a day with a good soap? Do you wear makeup and use a foundation? If so, try blending a little concealer where you need it and brush on a good powdered face powder instead. More natural look, and your skin can breathe. If
If you wear makeup, do you remove it completely every night?
You need to keep your skin very clean so that your pores stay open and don't get clogged up.
Also, drink lots and lots of water.

First of all, watch your diet, drink lots of water, and wash your face morning and night.
The following technique will clear up many but not all blackheads.
Follow this sequences:
1-Wash your face with mild anti-acne soap and hot water, then dry.
2- Apply a green clay based facial mask, not too thick, and let it dry (about 15 minutes). Then wash it off. This will pull the oil, and thus the blackheads towards the surface.
3- At this point, you can extract most blackheads. Ideally this is done with a specialized tool which you can buy. This device looks almost like one side of an eyebrow tweezer. It has a tiny hole in the end that you place over the blackhead and press until the puss pops out. If you don't have the tool, you can squeeze VERY gently. DO NOT FORCE , or you will end up with a nasty zit. Extract as many as you can in this way.
4- Wash face again with very hot water and anti acne soap. Follow with a rinse of very cold water, then dry. The hot water opens pores and kills germs. Then the cold water closes the pores again.
5- Apply a antibacterial ointment such as bacitracin to the areas that were treated then go to bed for the night.
Blackheads end up as nasty zits only if you squeeze too hard, don't get the entire thing out, or don't disinfect when you are done.

For daily care to get rid of and prevent blackheads the first thing you should do is keep your hands off your face during the day. Then wash your face twice a day with a light cleanser like neutrogena oil free acne wash st. ives in shower facial cleanser, or olay daily facials foaming cleansing. Once or twice a week use a good exfoliator like something from the Biore line. St. Ives apricot scrub is a little rough on skin. Buy a toner from olay or clinique (they both work about the same except with clinique you can pick a toner specifically for your skin type and clinique is a little more expensive. Plus with clinique you have to buy it from a clinique stand in a department store, olay you can buy at wal mart and it works pretty good.) Then buy a moisturizer oil of olay is great if you want. Every once in a while instead of a light cleanser some days you can substitute the light cleanser with st. ives blackhead scrub. For weekly care if you can't afford a facial at a spa you should go in your bathroom close the door and run the water really hot and sit in the bathroom so the steam can open up your pores. Let no air get in the bathroom. After about 10-15 minutes wash your face and use a little bit of moisturizer. Or get a big bowl of hot water and put a towel over your head and let the steam open your pores that way. Personally I prefer the shower method.

I know when u get blackheads they can be really annoying. I haven't had a major prob with my skin but i do get blackheads and the pimples. the best thing I know is if you see a pimple starting to form. do mess with it. Most of the time it will go away on it's own. I use a product called "Clean and Clear " made by Johnson and Johnson. It has these little micro-beads which you can feel exfoliating your skin and it feels sooo good. You can get at Walmart or Pharmacies and stuff. But your skin is your skin and your skin might need different things. So if you want you can try it.

I've used stuff like Bioré strips but that works as well as walking through hell with a fire extinguisher. The best thing to do is make an appointment to get a facial. You can choose how deep you want the cleansing and it will do the trick. It is worth the money and will work better than any crappy product out there...plus, it's nice to be pampered for a while!
