The only gay monkey I know of, is an immature muppet called Nigi-magi who thinks it`s funny when people give genuine answers to a `dilemma` concerning his nan. Did you read my comment?......

Many of the times, so called "homosexual" behavior has been observed only when the animals are in an unnatural environment where the male/female balance is disrupted.
Other times such activity is noted because that is what the observer wishes to see, so that is how it is interpreted.
But, the main point I wish to make is this. Even if there is "homosexual" activity in certain animals, and IF it is concluded that such is "natural"(Big "IFs"), it is a dangerous leap to conclude that natural animal behavior is also natural human behavior.
For example, the kimono dragon will often eat its own young. This is natural behavior for kimono dragons, so are we to conclude that such is also natural human behavior? Certainly not! But, this is the same leap many make with the subject of homosexuality. They say certain animals do it, therefore, it is natural for humans. The argument is some humans are "born gay".
If you believe the Bible, however, it clearly teaches that such is "against (human) nature". (Romans 1:26-27)

It's pretty common. We had four gerbils, all male - and one of them found after a while that his frustrations got the better of him, so much so we had to move him to a separate cage for the sake of the others.
My favourite were the "lesbian geese" I read about in New Scientist - though they weren't actually sexually active with one another. In some geese species there are more females than males, apparently. Normally geese form pair bonds (one male, one female), but the "spare" females pair up - in order to provide the best care to the chicks, I guess - then one of them has a bit of hanky-panky with an otherwise-attached male and the two ladies raise the chick as their own.

I think that every animal can be gay.
I'm sure that those insecty things that live in the water can be. I once went on to an excursion to test the water in a lake. I caught some insects (approx. 3cm long) and I wondered wheather they were a couple and could get a baby insect-thing, The guide told me they were both male but that they could be a couple!!!!
So definitely YES!!!!!!!! Go for the rainbow!
Sorry about my language!!!!

YES, I grew up on a farm, in Kentucky. We had two gay horses, the would do "gay" things all the time. If there are no females around many of the males will hump each other.

I heard about some gay birds (of the feathered variety). I like to hear of these things, as it is fairly conclusive proof that being gay is not unnatural.

Animals do not know if they are gay or not! Human beings are the species that attached that title......Sex is sex if it feels good then do.....I think that is what the monkeys have to say....

Most animals don't give a damn. I assume you've seen dogs? They have no clue and don't seem to care what they hump most of the time.
