Yes. The only time a land has a color is if its given one by a card effect. Example, Woodwraith Corrupter can turn a Forest into a 4/4 black and green Elemental creature. Its still a land but now it has a color and can be effected by all spells and abilities that affect colored permanents. From the Comprehensive rules: 203.2a Objects with no colored mana symbols in their mana costs are colorless.

In more recent times there have been a few spells with no converted mana cost, which is NOT the same as having 0 as the converted mana cost. All these cards have their color noted somewhere on the card. Example, Ancestral Visions from Time Spiral says "Ancestral Vision is blue.
Suspend 4- (Rather than play this card from your hand, pay and remove it from the game with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, play it without paying its mana cost.)
Target player draws three cards.". The color is noted in the text box even though the card face is blue. This is the only case where a card with no converted mana cost has a color.

Unless they changed the rules, basic lands have always been colorless.

Everyone says no but i say yes otherwise how do you produce the red, blue, black, green,or white to cast the card. It has to have color to give color otherwise everything would be an artifact. I was always told it was colorless but i made a good point with what i just said here to another player and got him to think about it. All i can tell you is just play and have fun and don't worry to much about the rules.

Unless some other effect has given the land a color, the land permanent is itself colorless.

Ok, it seems some people have trouble with this one. Here's the actual rule from the comprehensive rules:

203.2a Objects with no colored mana symbols in their mana costs are colorless.

See a colored mana symbol in the COST of a land?

NO?

That means it's colorless.

Exalted rather works sturdy in multiples, it truly isn't any longer that enormous by myself. in spite of the undeniable fact that that is a buff for you to use. in my opinion i do not imagine Seraph Sanctuary is all that enormous, so i'd do 0 of them and four Cathedrals. Or in case you want to employ exalted, elegant Archangel is even more beneficial with a weenie deck.
