My wife is incapable of sitting her a$s down for more than 2 minutes during a movie (at home)... She has to always get up and check on something, do something, fiddle with something. She has the attention span of Rosie O'Donnell in a Twinkie factory.
Then she comes back and asks me what happened when she was off. Or she'll want to talk to me during the movie. ARRRGGGHHH!!!

Anything that makes it so I don't get my $14.00 worth. Especially talking, crying kids, tall people that could have sat anywhere but choose to sit right in front of me and I always seem to get the idiot with the bad bladder sitting right next to me. Also people that can't let a good joke rest. I remember when American Pie came out and the kids called dudes mom a "MILF." These guys next to me could not let it go. I had to hear it repeated every ten second for the next hour.
Consider this, by the time take out a second on my house for popcorn and drink I am up to $24.00 bucks and the movie hasn't even started yet so the last thing I want is for some fool to ruin the next two hours of my life.

I hate when I am in a theater and I hear everyone opening their candy and then you hear people smacking their food. That drives me crazy. I am thinking can't you wait to eat until after the movie?? Or are you going to die of starvation. Drink I can understand, but food. You will only be there for 2 hours. I guess I am weird, but that's what annoys me.

It really irritates me when my best friends and i go to the movies and one of them is on her cell phone throughout the whole showing and the other one is guessing every single chapter of the movie!!!!...i swear, everytime i go to the movies with either one of them, before we even buy the tickets, I tell them to make sure they have the cells off and to not tell me what they think will happen in the movie!!! I mean, that just ruins the whole thought of watching it!!!!...But the one who guesses still does when we watch movies at my house!!! ANNOYINGNESS!!!!!...On top of that, my fiance's twin brother likes to repeat movie lines everytime we watch them at home...Now, I really really hate that!!! Not only can i hear the actor in the movie saying it, but then this other voice is saying the same thing in my ear (it's like a friggin echo!!!)...he knows I hate it when he does it, but now, i think he does it to aggitate me!!!! I feel your pain! Trust me, I do!

I cannot stand people talking during movies. I mean a funny comment here or there is great but when they're talking so much that they end up asking me whats happening in the movie, that irritates me to the core!

People at the theater that cannot distinguish the fact that they are watching a movie with actors from real life.
"DON'T OPEN THAT DOOR!!!"
"YOU DO THAT, YOU GONNA DIE!!!"
A very close second would be those who feel the need to add their own commentary to EACH AND EVERY SCENE. If I wanted that, I'd wait for the DVD release.

I hate it when someone tries to talk to me and I miss a line in the movie. I end up tuning that person out AND missing the movie line, it's irritating.
I also hate hearing people chew and crunch on food, or wrinkle up candy wrappers.

Oh God!! My husband does that too!! haha! That doesn't bug me as much as people talking in a theater, though. Or worse, going to a movie where there are a lot of teenagers! They don't sit still, they talk and they never turn of their f*cking cell phones!!

My husband loves to explain to me what is going on in the movie- like I am not watching it. Then he will ask me if I heard what a character said, how could I hear when he is constantly talking through the movie.
It drives me insane!!!!
