Why do everyone keep saying merry christmas?Well it is that time of year when everyone tries to pass on Holiday cheer---they say MERRY CHRISTMAS, because that's what we do.It is a tradition, not only here but worldwide---now that's a Holiday to Celebrate.(how old are you)

Well, it's been said for centuries, and wishing someone a Merry Christmas just means that you hope they will be, well, merry, happy, etc.

maybe because its Christ birthday and should say merry Christmas think of it like happy Christ day.
