I'm a foreign student and would like to pursue my bachelor degree in Germany. Of course I don't wish to learn any new languages at this moment. So its best if the course is in English.

I also heard that there is no tuition fees in Germany. Some uni's charge only about 500-600 Euro per sem! Is it true?

My area of study would be in any of the following- Information Technology/ Enginnering.

So I'd appreciate if you can provide me some links of Universities which operates Undergraduate Degree Programs In English in my interested fields.

Thanks!

Only German state universities offer no tuition fees, and these will require that you speak German. The universities that offer English language studies in Germany are U.S.-based and therefore, you will have to pay American tuition fees like everyone else. Check out the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) at Schwaebisch Gmuend. Or if you are interested in Switzerland, you could do some research about Franklin College there.

Good Luck!
