i can hear only on the speaker , not on the headset , why?

the person calling i can hear on my computre , he cant hear me, iam using headset, i checked my headset with call set up its working well. how can i hear the sound in my computer?

you probably have to unplug the speakers and plug in the headset then set your sound options, unless your headset has a usb inport and you can hook them up at the same time, then I'm not really sure other than check your sound input/output settings.
