I have brought my car in for repairs only to have the dealership not fix it coreectly and still charge you. I know this has happened to alot of people but car dealerships sem to get away with it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I find it really annoying because these costs can really add up. This is a Canada based question although I imagine laws would be somewht similar. All entries welcome.

Thanks J.A. Problem right now is I have signed for them to do one repair and it isn't correct. Now they tell me they don't have a diagram for my truck even though it is there companies make. So I am being told one of the guys thinks he has a repair guide for my truck at his home. They think it's a wiring problem but I have to tell you I have already been waiting a week

I am getting a little tired of reapir companies getting away with chrging for every mistake they make. My neighbour already had a run in with this comapny but I went to them because I figured they should know there own vehicle better than the independant guy who I usually go to. I had already been to him and he honestly couldn't figure it out because he didn't thave the right equipment to poperly diagnose.

you can't do anything since you signed a release, you can educate yourself on-line next time, if you know more about what's wrong with your car, you can be more involved in the repair process. There is tons of info on-line, just search your cars make/model and the symptoms
