my mother has always had problems sleeping(and this works for her) and I myself on certain days because of my shift work. All I do is take 2-3 tablets 30 mins. before bed and just relax. Before I know it the alarms going off and it's time to start a new day or night depending on the shift. Try the herbal supplement called Sleep Now.
You'll find it here: www.shopherbalife.com/pswears

Warm milk, a slice of cheese, or a turkey sandwich, which all contain l-tryptophane, an amino acid that helps induce sleep.
Or try the herb valerian. Works great for me.
But if you need to get up in a few hours, better to just stay awake and catch up on your sleep tomorrow night.

Nothing if you are not hungry...thats how you pack on pounds. Try a little TV or light music just not in bed. Use bed for sleep only :) Happy sleeping!

Warm milk.
Or, take a 3mg melatonin tablet with water 30 minutes before bedtime. (Only if you're an adult.)

I say eat whatever it is you want, in moderation of course. If you don't eat what it is your craving, you'll probably end up over eating or staying awake anyway.
