Easy go to pimpmypro.com and it tells you there... i think thats it

with HTML- there are a ton of good sites out there that pretty much tell you how to do everything. You can just copy and paste the HTML codes anymore. Try www.pimpmyspace.org and http://www.freecodesource.com/
