It's about 1am here in South Australia and I'm in my PJ's, sitting on the computer at my mother's house - in the room I used to live in as a teenager... and it's kinda weird. Anyone else get the same feeling when they go 'home' for events?

I am home, feel fine, but have had those experiences.
Memories. The mind is a wonderful thing, eh?

I have to go visit the in-laws and stay with them a few nights. I hate it. I want to stay in a hotel but my husband doesn't want to tick them off by not staying at their house, even though there isn't enough room for us. I think we get to stay in the living room this year. (My husband has 3 other siblings, and 2 of them still live at home full time, and the 3rd stays there often from college. My husband used to live in the basement, but they remodeled that the year he moved out to college.)

I haven't spent the night at my parent's house since I was 19 (in their living room as well), and I hope that I never have to do that again!
