Nothing crazy will happen.......unless you plan to eat a significant amont of dry ice. It's freaking cold, so don't put bigger pieces in you mouth....it could 'burn' you!
Some guy above talks about an acid reaction in your stomach........don't listen to that!! Your stomach is WAY more acidic, than what can come from a reaction of CO2 and water.
Be aware, thoug!

No problem. I have done it. You sink the dry ice in water and immediately you see the formation of Carbon Dioxide bubbles due to sublimation of dry ice into water.
Temperature does not low so quick to damage your mouth. Water gets rich in Carbon Dioxide. That's all.
Good luck! Cheers!

As long as you don't touch the dry ice your fine. I grew up having orange punch with dry ice in it for Halloween. No problems and really cool.

Nthing special!
Dry ice is solid CO2.
If it touches skin for a long time it gives cold burns
anyway, due to body temperature it gets converted to CO2 inside the stomach.
It will give you a feeling of drinking a lot of coke ofcourse.
you would burp too.

Obviously, the carbon dioxide gas will come out your mouth, and if the dry ice touched you it could freeze your flesh/crack your teeth. Also, your stomach would become very cold?

dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide. when it mixes with water, it will turn to its gaseous form directly thus we see bubbles in water. in effect, the water will becaome acidic since carbonic acid can be formed. if we drink that water, we can have hyperacidity or we can feel like drinking softdrinks without the sweetness. that might also cause bad results to our stomach due to acid reactions.better not drink that ok?

dry ice will dissolve in water evolving non-dangerous fumes and the water will become co2 saturated, aka club soda. to be sincere tough i wouldn't try it.
