I can only see the bottom of the page.Everytime I press page up the page returns to the bottom.

check your arrow keys are not stuck down! Occasionally at work I sometimes have the edge of a book leaning on the keyboard causing mischeif. Also check your mouse if you have a scroll wheel mouse (the scroll wheel between the buttons on your mouse)

Maybe something is wrong with your mouse u might wanna get that checked out first cuz my mouse has been messin up like dat 2.

If you are using an optical mouse place it on a non reflective matt surface. Bet you are. Bet its not.

you have a button stuck somewhere,take it to a dealer and get it sorted.
