don't try, the caravan chassis and running gear is no good for making a trailer, i have seen loads 0f people try and fail its a waste of time and effort

Tried this but wheels to wide plus flooring not strong
enough as is suspension.Best buy second hand
transporter,lot of trouble doing it from Caravan.

I don't think you could safely do it. So the easiest way to convert it into a car trailer would be to sell the caravan on ebay and use the cash to buy a trailer.

modern caravan chassis are to weak to convert to a TRAILER. Best to get the proper stuff from , for example "Towsure"

You need to completly strip the bodywork and floor off. The chassis would need beefing up.
Basically all you could use was the axle and some of the frame work. But you would have something to start with I suppose.
