Do you think it is ok to wear Sandals in the winter if you are going to a Holiday Party? (Cold Weather People)

It depends on the event and how formal the sandals are. If you're wearing a little back dress and strappy black heels (which ARE a sandal) you can pull that off.
If your shoes are a more summery style - like a flip flop with a kitten heel, or a wedge with cloth ankle ties your feet willl look a little out of place.
Also, if you're wearing pants you might want to consider a closed, pointed toe shoe instead.
Since we girls don't like ANY of our shoes to be worn through slushy puddles I don't think that ough to be a big factor in deciding on your shoes.

It is OK to wear strappy sandals with a heel to a winter holiday party. Also, you should put a pair of slippers in your bag just in case you get invited to another party or after party down the street. You might have to walk.

I don't think I'd wear Sandals in winter...too summer-y. However, I have a pair of strappy gold stilettos I wear to Christmas parties....just because they look festive.

Of course! As long as they look nice and are comfortable, wear them. Plenty of dresses and such really only look good with sandals, not pumps or boots. I live in Chicago and see women in sandals all of the time.

Its minus two here so I shall be wearing my DM's! However I would wear sandles if going from home to a cab from a cab to party and then from party back to cab to home and there was no walking around involved

a gold bag would look good as it matches the jewellery but u cud use another bright colour to make it really funky! Its hard to say when i don't know wot colour blue the dress is but if its dark blue or electric blue i think a hot pink bag would look really good with it! something that contrasts it. But if u cant find anything go with gold :-)

of course..... strappy heels/sandals look good all year round. i still wear mines under jeans & trousers if it looks good and i dont want to wear pumps.

Yes, but be sure to wear seamless, sheer-toe pantyhose. You don't want your feet to get cold!

well it depends what u r wearing! if ur wearing a covered up outfit, NO ! but if ur wearin open clothes then yeah, y not ?
