I personally do not believe so ... relatively speaking.

Apple's are more expensive for one fundamental reason : "They use mostly premium components in there products."

Everything from the cases or enclosures, to their video cards, & even the cables they use are higher end products from reputable manufacturers.

Also, they put a considerable amount of R & E (research & engineering) in their products. They are often ground breaking & innovative.

Does Mercedes overprice their cars .... ?

By the way, I've never owned or used a Mac in my life....I just know quality when I see it.

Personally I think just about everything is over priced. When people have no place to live and nothing to eat things are defiantly over priced. Or when people work their butts off and can only afford what they need something isn't right.
