Im comparing prepaid card to be use in Singapore - M card, Starhub or Singtel?

A few months ago, Singtel offers great value pack of a Top-up card with $8 inside the prepaid card, with 1 set of Free KFC meal with any purchase of their cards. Singtel's prepaid cards come in $8, $18, $28 & etc.

But personally, I feel that StarHub has got the BEST service & value for their prepaid cards. They've got the lowest international calling rates and special roaming services & rates!!! StarHub's prepaid cards come in $18, $28 & etc.
