I keep getting a slight heel on the impact and a slight pull when I swing the club and hit the ball. How can I avoid this?

There are two different mechanisms here.

The slight heel is because you aren't quite moving the mouse forwards along the same line you drew it back on. Try pushing it through along what feels a slightly leftward line compared to your normal swing (assuming you're in vertical swing mode).

The pull is because the mouse is not moving vertically, but along an angled line (eg 7 o'clock to 1 o'clock). The likeliest cause of this is that your mouse is not sitting squarely in your hand. Rotate it slightly clockwise in your hand and swing the same as before, and see if that helps. However, fix the "heel" fault first, because that may well also eliminate the pull - both are being caused by that left-to-right movement as you push through.
