I've learned that those always in others business were really lonely people. So to keep their minds and bodies going, they had to strive even further to fit in, but it's not fitting in, it's being nosey.
If your the type that offers any gossip to her, then it's your place to stop offering it. If you stop all together with even dealing with her, she'll get the hint.
