Don't answer if you're not either of the following, is not.
"Either" implies a choice between two things, not six.
You should say: Don't answer unless you belong to one of the following groups, American, Irish, Kiwi, etc. (What is Kiwi?)

C. Both are correct. However, in speech, you would say "Yes, that's fine" or "Yes, it's fine". (I'm Australian)
