Yes it is unlikely but not impossible. Occasionly some women can ovulate twice in one cycle and you never know when that will happen.

It is possible as anything can happen as far as our bodies are concerned. But normally, if you have a 28/29 day cycle, you would ovulate 14-16 days before your next cycle. I have a 28-30 day cycle and along with checking my cervical fluid and monitoring temps, I also compare these findings with the calendar method of counting back 14-16 days. For the most part, it is pretty accurate. There has been times when I ovulated late (days 18-21) which has been almost rare. But this caused my cycle to be late (32-34 days). It has only happened maybe 3 or 4 times since I began menstruating ( I am 38). But typically, you should ovulate well before 3 weeks (day 21) of your cycle. I hope this helped. Good luck and happy holidays and tons of baby dust are being tossed your way!

28/29 day cycle is standard cycle and one should ovulate 14 days before bleeding starts. Ovum can live for 48 hours. add/ substract 2 days, and it comes that one should not concieve in last 10 days of cycle and u r asking of last 7-8 days. But any time ur cycle can break the pattern and there is no way to know in which one, So, it IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE!

It is pretty unlikely. If you have a 28/29 day cycle you should conceive around day 14

You are most likely to concieve on day 14 or 15, so yes, 3 weeks would be unlikely.
