Basketball is strategic and fast paced. I don't know about you, but I'd watch a high scoring 100+ points game of basketball over a 0-0 tie, 90 minute game of Soccer any day. Basketball is influenced by the hip hop culture which is so popular nowadays. Basketball can be played alone, all you need is a ball and a hoop. basketball blends speed with power, an exciting combonation.

Basketball is a game that requires superior skill with the hands. The satisfaction one gets from making great physical moves and shooting from distances is second only to scoring a goal in football (soccer). It's a great way to say: "yeah, I beat you and i scored on you". For those who can dunk, need i explain? It's very uplifting. Also, its a team game with the concept of blending 5 people's individual talents. It's also highly strategic and requires good health conditions and endurance...so it makes us exercise more. Basketball is life for others...it's an obsession. It's a display of finesse (or super egos)

I dont like basketball, I dont understand it. I like shooting hoops once in a while in my driveway, but to watch a game, I would be totally lost.
