As I am sure you're aware we do not try dead people in the United States so there was no trial and there was no proclamation of guilt from a jury.

If I remember correctly Sid did cause her death but I believe there was a claim that it was an assisted suicide.

She was killed with the knife he used to carry around with him and it was only the 2 of them in the room they were staying in. But some of her belongings were missing so your guess is as good as mine. I'd say yes he probably did kill her but he couldn't remember anything as he was whacked out of his head on heroin.
