anyhow so energy can be converted to matter and vice versa. So I guess the real question is wich came first the chicken or the egg? But thats not my question my question is what happens when C changes like say when energy gets pulled in by a black hole like the one they are attempting to make at the CERN project? IF C becomes a higher number when approching a black hole and we make even a small one on the earth wont alot of energy thats going twoards the black hole become more amplified in some way and possibly cause a big explosion possibly? I mean the EM fields around the partical accelerator they are gona use to make these black holes will be rather large... Sure am glad they are doing these test in europe and not america. Fools lol.

C the speed of light would change because like a huge black hole they have relitivly huge gravitational fields. They can EVEN bend light believe it or not lol. If light or EM fields going straight into an object capable of bending even bending light a lil that light would imo speed up as it heads twoards the black hole... It seems like common sense to me but maybe I need to be a physic expert to get what really happens. Then there is the fact that black holes could actualy be dark energy stars and that would totaly change the outcome of what CERN is trying to do also. I bet you didnt even know what a dark energy star is because I sure didnt.

What happens when C changes? It doesn't - it's a constant. Any black holes that CERN makes will be so tiny that they'll only last for a tiny fraction of a second. btw, tiny black holes are already being created by cosmic rays hitting the Earth's atmosphere! All they're doing at CERN is creating them in a lab.

Why would c (the speed of light) change? The speed of light in a vacuum is constant and it doesn't matter how close to a black hole you are, the energy contained within the rest mass of a particle is still related via the square of the speed of light. Fact.
In response to your additional comments:
Around a black hole the dimentions of space and time are warped by the extreme density of the mass. For this reason light still travels with exactly the same speed (measured in metres per second in SI units) but the value of a metre and the value of a second are totally different when observed from a distance, hence it appears that the light is bending into the black hole when, in fact, it remains travelling at a constant speed c with respect to its own frame of reference.

you dont have a black hole only god does, first of and if you dont already know why things work how they do then the only reason you would need to know something like that is if you were stuck inside it
and if we all are a and you are asking that question then i will tell you to help myself
if light has a speed that isnt the same kind of speed as the one that with other things that use speed then that would mean ebverything is made out of the same 10 or 20 things right
thats what you mean because why would someone that cant understand speed and light and everything in between then why would you want someone who does to explain it to you
you think that the speed and light that you learned about in school with everyone else is gonna change because they didnt teach it to you right then
If 2 CAN BE i+i
then thats all everyone else does too
if your name doesnt sound like someone whos gonna be an invintor of changed realities then you wouldnt understand anyway
because someone is like god and that the stuff that think about all the time because its not magic its just as something to understand and iof you dony know where to start then its just like your art

Two problems. First, the concept of black holes is a theory. Don't put too much investment in the theory. Were you to consider the acceleration of mass within our sun, you would find that 400 miles from its very center a mass in that location would have to exceed the speed of light, were it possible to release a mass in that location and let it fall. Within our planet the distance is 0.716 miles from its center where a mass would exceed the speed of light. What this means is, in order for the present concept of hydrogen the helium to be factual there must exist within the core of our sun a new kind of mass that has the ability to exist in a state that yet relates to our time while it atomically exceeds that of the speed of light; but then how could there exist H and He if this were true? If a "black hole" were actually able to exist, there of necessity needs to be one in the core of our sun. But, this would present a problem in why it would not "suck up" all surrounding mass, as black holes are said to do.
Next, is the value of "c" itself. Notice in the physics trilogy, E = mc2, m = E/c2, and c2 = E/m; that the basis of each of these is the "c2" factor. This value describes the existence of physical time. It shows that we cannot have any physical connection with either any past or future events. This is because all that has ever existed to mankind, and shall exist to him, is the very present. Then, it states that all mass and energy are composed of the value of "c2", and nothing in our world exists apart from this restrictive value. Because of this value being so narrow in existence, it cannot change no matter how matter is taken apart in the CERN project. The value of "c" can only exist as that of "c" in our universe.

e=mc2 potential E=potential M=Mass c2= velocity of sunshine squared. This extract potential that we are able to transform potential into mass and mass into potential and c2 is the value of sunshine squared {2,ninety 9,792 km/s}.
