depends what os your running. If you are running windows nt/windows 2000/windows xp and your running in classic mode (for xp) then CTRL+ALT+DEL. If you are running lower versions of windows or even nt/2000/xp you can also set your screensaver with a password and either set a low time for it to come on, or fire it off manually (clicking on the test button). Once activated a password protected screensaver will not allow any user to get back on the workstation without entering the screensaver password effectively locking the workstation.
