I wouldnt want to be famous for self-centered reasons like a movie star, singer, comedian but I would want to be famous for helping others or bringing awareness to an overlooked problem like starvation in Africa. The "Nelson Mandela" or "Martin Luther King" kind of famous.

Not really. I mean what a life.
You can't touch your nose, burp in public, speak your mind, walk on the street in peace and above all you can not be yourself.
Even for all the money in the world I would not like to be famous and be hounded like a prisoner of fame.

of course, i would have invested all the money, get a my favorite car, a mini cooper, put insurance on it, take my girlfriend in a few rides in it, have the best wedding a couple could ever have, buy a big house, have 3 little angels, put them in the best schools, and hope one of them could take my job someday, so the money could be transfered into their own, and hope they have a wonderful life.
this is truly a life i would love to have.

yes, and not even famous, but well known for something with charity or helping others. definitely not for hollywood or anything like that. its meaningless and the lack of privacy would drive me crazy!

Of course, most people do I think...I wanted to be an actress(stage mostly) or a singer in a band....like Jenny in Forrest Gump, sorta :)
