Get as much education in English as you possibly can, because even though audiences will accept a certain light accent, they will not accept the language being tortured, and they will certainly not accept an accent so thick they cannot understand what you say, except perhaps in broad farce comedies.
Second most important would be real acting lessons, and real acting experience. It is not just an ability to portray a character convincingly; you must also learn how to take the director's instructions, what the jargon of the profession means. There are many sophisticated techniques you can learn to achieve various effects of facial expression, posture, tone of voice that will convey the subtleties of the character and make him believable. Also, you will need the details of grooming, makeup, costuming, and so on that a minor actor has to do for himself, before he gets to be enough of a star to have all that done for him.
So schooling, in both English and stagecraft, is necessary.
Good luck!

Study acting for 20 years and then come to America to act. By then you will be ready to act in English movies.
