2. The Conflict between Faith and Reason
3. Fate/Lack of Free Will
Those are the 3 that I have looked at anytime I've studied the play. The one most often looked at is the internal struggle between faith and reason. It kind of ties in all of the other themes (basically the faith part of that refers to fate and the reason refers to truth). Good luck!

Accidental incest is the most obvious theme, and the implication is that if even accidental incest is so horrible, how much more horrible would be intentional incest.
You need three; let two other answers give you those. I don't see any other significant theme in the story.
