If you are going for a trendy look try some red jewelry. The red/navy nautical look is really in. I have a vneck navy dress and I wear red hoops, with red beads and a red belt and red heels.
If you want to look fancier, either silver or gold both go with navy so your possibilities are endless. Goodluck and don't be afraid of color!

It depends on your coloring. If you have dark hair like me, try silver jewelry, it will look great. Maybe a pair of silver hoop earrings and a fairly heavy neck chain to hang inside the V-neck of the dress. If you're blonde, try gold instead.Or pearls are always good too. If it's for a special occasion, try the diamond look with the dress.
