They are totally different even though they start with the same three letters and both originated in China.

Ginkgo is one of the oldest trees known to man and its leaves are used to create an essence that is known to help memory and aid dizziness and tinnitus.

Ginseng on the other hand is a root that is known to be helpful as a general tonic and help the fatigued, weak, exhausted or elderly more normal again.

Of course Not but they are both Herbs.
Ginkgo is mostly for the mind and body but Ginseng is more for Energy. They go hand and hand. It's fine to take them both together!
Now if U had asked about Ginkgo Biloba and
Gotucha Cola then I would say these are similiar!

Creo que si hay un problema subestimado por los que no lo sufren, ese es sin duda el acúfeno. nope, ginko has more to do with your mental capacities and ginseng is more for boosting your energy.. they have other benefits, but those seem to be the main things for each.. you can take them together with no ill effects..
