this guy shows all the signs that he likes me, yet, after we meet up, he goes cold on me. i dont hear from him for weeks and he ignores my messages.
we havent slept together.
after a while he comes back again!!!

He Is just messing you around, as hard as it may seem to realise. Try meeting him again, if he does the same afterwards, he is not worth it. there is plenty more out there even though its annoying when people say that to you. Hope everything goes ok.

Honey it doesnt matter how many times you ask this question or under how many names you use for an identity - we cant help you coz we cant read this guys mind.
Please take my advice and either talk to him to ask him what the story is = or move on and forget him coz you're seriously going to drive yourself crazy.

It means he enjoys being with you WHEN he is with you.
But it is not special enough to want to be an item.
You need to choose if that is OK by you.
If so, fine.
If not, move on.
