Does the media have it in for Microsoft ? I just read an article in the FT talking about gaming - the Wii, PS£, and these were compared to PCs - why ignore the Xbox ? What's their agenda ?

I've seen several commercials advertising the 360 for Christmas.

As far as PS3 and that pathetic Wii being better, that's just funny. Who said the Wii is technologically superior?? HA!! Their crap games aren't even in HD and the graphics suck. The Wii doesn't compare to anything except an old Atari 2600.

The xbox was released months ago, that is when all the publicity occurred, that and the xbox 360 release was fairly flawless outside of needing a software upgrade to run xbox games. Sony has been plagued with production problems making their release very limited, that stirs up a bit of media attention. As for the Wii, they too were not able to meet demand, they to have had problems with both the remote control and accessing on line services..

There was hype for the xbox 360, you have to remember that it was released about a year ago, it is old news.

agree with most, the media is always occupied with what is new. "The Wii is technically superior" <-----HA HA HA HA HA

The Wii is a technological turd. It is a last generation console that people willingly pay 250 dollars for based on the novelty of the new controller. In a month or two when they get bored, they will realize they were duped by Nintendo. you should have spent half the money on a PS2, same graphics, more games and half the price.

XBOX 360 frenzy was last year. PS3 and Nintendo Wii are the new systems it is what people are looking for. By now everyone who has pretty much gotten one. That is just the trend of technology after a year or so no one cares about it.

Because Nintendo and Playstation just released their newest boxes and XBOX did that months ago.
I think XBOX will be updating in the middle of next year, which is great, because they don't compete with the other brands at the same time.

That's because the PS3 and the Wii are technologically superior, and came out more recently.
