MS is usually in the field of science , ;like Master of Science in Microbiology, in Haematology , in Parasitology, etc. Select one that you are MOST interested in. Yes you can proceed to MS as long as you are done with your Baccalaureate degree.

There is no MS profession. Can you be clear? Surgeons, in some University, get post-graduate degree in Surgery. That is generally called MS (Master of Surgery). For that basic degree is MBBS.

Complete your B.Sc, then you can do M.Sc. MS means masters
