The rule is simple:
Don't ask men a question if you expect to hear a lie.
In other words, don't ask men a question if you don't want to hear the truth.
That would resolve a lot of stress that men suffer and will save lives by not triggering that Monster transformation that Chicks go through when they hear the truth.

The way I'm reading your question, I shouldn't ask men a question if I expect them to lie, and then, in other words, I shouldn't ask men a question if I don't want to hear the truth.
So shouldn't the rule be: Don't ask men anything?
