I wouldn't go so far to say a "remarkable ability" however you would over time aquire a better ability to see in the dark, due to the fact that woves and hyenas eyes are constructed differently they can see in the dark

I say you would be more dependent and be more sensitive with the other body abilities. Like touch, hearing, smell. I say your eyes would go non existent after a while. Just like those cave fish.

No. Some animals have their retinas almost full of rods. So they can see in the dark.

No, you cannot see in the dark, but you can learn to navigate better
