I cant think of anyone more poor then my mom. She lives off the stat and hasnt had her own money in 13 years.

Statistically i don't know which is the poorest place in the world regarding the GDP and other evaluation criterias.
But one thing is sure: A place where there is no value for the human life, environment and where there is no love, sharing and happiness, That place is the poorest place in the world.
