Get rid in a hurry? You should've seen how fast i had to run to get it. she was fit! Anyway, how have you got joggers nipple when your leg is broken? You haven't had the Dremmel out have you?

Sounds extremely painful. I say put an ice pack on it and then put some cort-aid on it.
Ouch! One more reason to NOT take up jogging!

I have had it and the only way of getting rid of it is with a lubricant, like vaseline!
