"Will have received" is Future Perfect. ie spoken now but referring to the future.
eg By the time you arrive (future) I will have received his answer.

"Would have received" is Conditional Perfect and has 2 uses:

1. Where there is some condition attached to the statement, ( a word like "if" is used. )
eg If I had worked harder, I would have received the top prize.

2. It is used for reported speech when the speaker actually used Future Perfect.
eg Tom said, "I will have received it by tomorrow."
= Tom said that he would have received it by the next day.

Another one which causes confusion is Past Perfect. This is used where two things which happened in the past, one before the other, are spoken about in the same sentence. The thing that happened earlier uses the Past Perfect.
eg I had had my supper before he arrived.
He walked in just after I had received the telephone call.

It is also used in reported speech when the speaker actually used Simple Past.
eg "I received a prize," said Jane.
= Jane said that she had received a prize.

"I had a delicious lunch," said Pat.
= Pat said that she had had a delicious lunch.

I hope this helps. Good luck.
