I believe Rudolph is an alocoholic and has already been charged with a couple of DUIs. That is why you can hear him talk funny, because he's already had a few. But Santa doesn't seem to mind if Rudolph guides his sleigh because he & his whole team have diplomatic immunity and will never go to jail. (Unfair, but true)

Even then, who would arrest ohhh.....I guess the question really is...who would be arrested? Rudolph for guiding drunk or Santa for "riding" with a drunk reindeer as the guide?

well its best not to drink and fly ... so probably wouldnt be a good idea.. cause wouldnt be too good if Santa got pulled over by the cops !!!
