Suing would just be a vengeful thing to do. Be careful.
It may drag on and cause more harm to the family than good.
The last thing you want is to make the anger and resentment of the split even more cavernous. Think of the children.

I have been through a divorce just recently. Did you agree to everything because you thought that was what you should have done? Did you get anything out of agreeing on things? You need to get a divorce lawyer they will help you get through this process alot easier and it takes the stress off of you. Do not let things get ugly there is no reason to. Let the Lawyer handle things for you.

I think it is too late as they hold the absolution hearing based on the info you gave them at the time. If you wanted to add additional stuff then you should have agreed it in the first instance.
If you wanted to get the adultery thing in there then this should have been cited as the reason for divorce.

think it is too late, can't focus on the adultery thing, as the courts don't seem to care anymore who does what to whom. u have suffered enough pain, and heartache. best to get out of this as clean as possible. just learn, change and grow stronger from this bad experience. don't allow this to make u a victim, don't wallow in self pity, just keep moving forward. let go of how u thought your world would be, and accept it for what it is. just go to the hearing with your head held high, and let god deal with the hurt u have suffered, your hurt does not define who u are. just brush it off as u had nothing to do with it, this was caused by someone elses bad choices.

It would be a question for your attorney as laws vary from state to state, but unless it is something major or really important that is now not being agreed upon, you would likely be better off in the long run to let it go so it can be over and you can move on with your life because as long as their is litigation pending, you will eventually have to see them again and it just prolongs the agony and makes it harder to move on.
I had an acquaintance that spent two years and thousands of dollars arging over a coffee maker and camcorder that were worth less than $300. In the long run (and lots of heart to hearts from his friends) he gave up and told her that it was not worth it to fight over them anymore because he just wanted her out of his life as he was now interested in other women and that emotionally devastated his lying, cheating ex as she realized she no longer had a hold of him or any chance of running back to him when things were not working out with her current boy toy.

Just get a divorce and be done with it . Life is too short to spend one day miserable. Who cares about anything this late in the game.
