Oh my goodness, you can't ask a question like that! (it requires way too much thinking!). It's got to be perhaps Homer, Cheif Wiggam or Ralf.
Homer: Because he is so funny. He is contreversial, un-sensitive, un-caring and has an issue with lazyness we can all relate to! His incredibly funny lines always come unsespected and at the right moments. He can always get you laughing and turn a boring episode into a pile of laughs.
Chief Wiggum: Because thanks to incredibly tight road laws, everyone can relate to mild hatred of police officers. No one can deny a laugh at a pig, and no one can deny that it was a good move to make him look stupid. His stupidity anddumb ass nature gets everyone giggling like a child!
Ralf: Because like father like son, he is the most funny little animated blodge of existence over. He's so unbelievably stupid, yet his stupidity always seems to make sense. That's why it's so funny! His lines and his un-willingness to realise he is not normal give him a confident air of crazyness. It's brilliant
I'd have to say Ralf, but to be frank every character offers so much. I could think of so many great episodes and they are all made up of different characters of genius. That's the best question i've ever answered, your next question should be 'favourite simpsons episode/moment' it would be hard to answer but u'd be reminded of some comical stuff! For me it's Ralf. Homer is the best because he is funny and does things that people don't in real life.
Bart's OK. Marge is the glue that holds the family together. Lisa is very irritating, always moaning and going on about animal rights and all that nonsense.

school bully nelson,he just makes me laugh when he goes " ha ha".
baby maggie coz its just the way she sucks on her dummy its really cute.
ned flanders 2 kids because they always get excited over stupid things,like ned will say its national toenail cutting day and they'll go yayyyyyyyy!
