im level 14 almost 15 right now (troll shaman) and i speced so far for only elemental. i love elemental but i dont know if i should also be resto.... and also.... how much dps about can a sham do at 60 if elemental? i saw on a google video that a ele sham keep doing 2900-3700 dps every hit... and can they do more dps than a hunteR?

You have a long way to go before you even need to worry about being Lv 60.

I recommend staying Ele for grinding out lvls, than respec at 70 (since by time you get there expansion will be out) to resto for raiding. Shammies and Druids are the main healers for the raid grp while priest usually just heal the main tanks. As for DPS, Shammys are hauses and can put out a mass quantity of DPS in a quick burst, Hunter put out more DPS over time at a steady pace.

There aren't many shamans who are resto before lvl 60. Also shamans are not even close to being as good healers as druids and priests. It would be a lot better for you to go elemantal.
