Ok, this is what you say : "WHAT? I CANT HEAR YOU? REPEAT YOURSELF PLEASE" and after he's screamed his insult at 100 decibels, he'll look really really really stupid. Trust me. Pretty soon this nasty name-caller will just STOP because he knows that you'll pull the "WHAT I CANT HEAR YOU" each and every time.
