My CD drive didn't work when I got my iPod mini, so I just went onto Apple.com and found the program and downloaded it for free. Here's the link.

Contact the company you bought the Nano from. If they don't give you a CD, contact Apple.

I believe it acts just like an external harddrive... when you plug it in to your USB port look in my computer for a drive that wasn't there before, usually its the higher letter of drive like G: click open and add your songs.

You have to go to itunes in the web and create an acount. it's free and u can play ur music, buy music, and redeem ur itune card. i'll give u the cite to install ur itunes playlist.:

call apple and tell them and they will send the cd. if u didnt get it from them then call the company u got it from. if purchased on ebay then ur stuck with whatever the seller sent u and nothing more.
