After years, I finally was given a phone number for Yahoo. All I got was an automated voice referring me back to the online "Yahoo Help" - which is about as useful as nipples on a boar hog (as my husband would say).
Does it seriously surprise anybody that Yahoo doesn't offer a communication line to a real live human at their end? Good grief, that line would be so busy it'd burn out every few days - and probably so would the people they hired to take those calls. Their ears would sizzle from the flood of verbal abuses from frustrated, fed-up, ticked-off computer users LOLOL.
To be absolutely fair and balanced, of course, this is a massive system that Yahoo is having to juggle, and with all the hackers, and bots, and sabotage mechanisms running around the internet, it has to be a mindboggling operation to try and keep up with it all. Besides, come on, let's be brutally honest about it... . wouldn't we all be just miserable if we didn't have good ole Yahoo to hate on? lol

You can call them but be ready to have your secret answer ready. They won't help you unless you do. By doing it that way, yahoo keep your account more sercure. Think about it. How many people could lie about who they are just to get into your account to get passwords and money account information? That secret answer is the key to everything and shouldn't be passed around even on the internet.

They have forgotten that their customers are the source of revenue. They have felt that they can just deal B to B, and that customer service is an annoyance.
I believe that they are already finding this to be a costly decision.
Let's see if they become more customer centric. Or not.

They do. You go to the top of the page, click on Help and then send them an email. I've gotten responses before.
