Put it in the part of the resume where you list your skills. Just say "fluent in xxx, xxx, xxx, and xxx".

ABSOLUTELY! The way to do it is to say you're multilingual, and then list the languages you speak.
For example:
Multilingual: Spanish, Russian, French, and Italian
Now some take it the next step by adding how fluent they are, but I tend to leave that out because if an employer wants to know, then they'll have to ask you in for an interview.

Quadrilingual is the main suitable term for that style of a individual, meaning actually, waiting to communicate and write in 4 languages. yet you additionally can say this variety of individual is multilingual. i will communicate and write in 8 languages and understand somewhat properly in 8 different languages, yet i do no longer bear in suggestions counting from bilingual, and then trilingual, quadrilingual, and so on., and so on... could desire to be exciting yet, without understanding it I by surprise lost the count style of it, and that i'm basically happy to be referred to as multilingual. yet i could particularly be referred to as multimillionaire or multibillionaire any time than multilingual if i could be one without the the undertaking of the terror of changing into undesirable and dropping lots because of the fact the result. I easily have some acquaintances whom i will call multimillionaire, yet i spotted he's no longer as happy as i'm. people consistently attempt to cheat him, to borrow money from him or perhaps to rob him. So he's amazingly limited in his mobility. each and each noise at night could wake him up, almost. on a daily basis he's demanding approximately his organisation and his sources, or his little ones being abducted for ransom, and so on. i'm happy to proportion my knowlege of languages, without demanding that it will shrink and lost all of them sooner or later. i found out that the extra I proportion the extra I keep. Oops... i do no longer think of that's what you prefer to properly known. So I extra powerful close my face and be multimutual, or is it multimutilist, or multidumbal, ohh... i do no longer comprehend, regardless of!

I would not put it under special skills. I would have a special heading for languages. do you read and write these languages as well? important

Just state that you are multilingual. I believe that would come under skills.
Example: Multilingual - Spanish, French, German and Chinese
