Yes there is, it was a TV movie starring Peter Strauss and Judith Light (from Who's the Boss), it was called Men Don't Tell, came out in the early 90's.

No because that would be called fantasy. Anydude that takes a beating from a woman should not be considered a man. Just as any woman who takes a beating from a man should not be considered a woman. Plus if a dude does get beat on he should be shot for not putting the wife in her place to begin with
